Exterior
Driveways/Sidewalks/
Patios
are poured separately and will have visible hairline cracks due to slight soil movement which is normal.
Landscape/Sod
required immediate attention upon moving in. This will be your responsibility & will not be covered in your one-year builder’s warranty.
NO WARRANTY FOR LANDSCAPE/SOD
Grading/
Drainage
is RCG initial responsibility to establish proper grades and swales that lead water away from home. You are responsible for maintaining grades and swales.
Foundation
will eventually settle! Water your front, back, and side yard for even water distribution to protect your foundation.
Acts of GOD
like extreme heat, excessive wind driven rain, freeze damage can cause roof, window, brick or other damages. These damages will not be covered by your one-year builder’s warranty.
Wrinkling Roof
may appear from different angles and is normal.

Take a look inside.
Step 3
Select final home plan and sign contract. After choosing the plan to fit your needs, let’s get started and sign your purchase agreement.

Step 4
Ground breaking on new home begins. Construction begins, you will see the transformation from start to finish.

Step 5
Design appointment to choose selections. You will be given an appointment to visit our design center to select all your home finishes from paint colors to flooring.

Step 6
Frame walk appointment. You will be able to walk through your home to see the layout and how your home works within the walls.

Step 7
Final home walk thru. You will now have to opportunity to walk through your new home, get familiar with all your selections and orientate from room to room.

Step 8
Closing You will be given a closing date to finalize your closing documents for your new home. You are now ready to get your Keys!
